Can you freeze grapes?

The quick answer is yes.

  1. Remove the grapes from the stem and rinse in a colander. Make sure they are completely dry. You’ll probably need to let them sit on an absorbent towel for an hour or two to soak up all that excess moisture. 

  2. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Arrange the grapes evenly on top of the paper towels, and place the entire baking sheet in the freezer. Leave in the freezer for about two hours until the berries are frozen. 

  3. Remove from the tray and put in freezer bags.
