“Autumn Wish” is a fruit-forward varietal white wine. Aroma is very floral, similar to a Muscat-style wine. Tasting notes include peaches, tropical fruits, pineapple, honeysuckle, and citrus peel.

This is a great wine to pair with soft, young and mild cheeses such as goat cheese, mozzarella, Muenster, feta, Monterey Jack and mild cheddar. It is also a perfect wine for spicy foods such as dim sum, Vietnamese, Korean and Thai cuisine, as well as Indian curries.
