Please note that this variety is tree-ripened, thus, it is susceptible to internal browning.  Shin Li Asian Pear is a new Japanese/Chinese naturally pollinated cross, developed in the United States and patented by UC Davis.  "Shin" in Japanese means new, and "Li" in Chinese means pear.  Medium to large fruit.  Firm, coarse, white crisp juicy flesh and a sweet,  and flavor of cinnamon spice. The skin is light to yellowish-green with large lenticels.  Storage life is 3 months.
