We usually start picking October Fuji the last week of September until the end of October. We also leave some on the trees into the winter for making our Apple Ice-Wine.
During harvest season, we are very busy keeping up with local orders. We do pick some October Fuji for storage in our refrigerated cooler. We ship October Fuji special order on request. Please contact during mid-October through March for shipping this variety.
