Braeburn is a first-class dessert apple, with a richness and complexity of flavor that is on a par with older classic apple varieties.  It is crisp and tangy, and very juicy. It snaps cleanly to the bite, and there is an immediate rush of strong apple flavor.  Our Braeburn apples are premium tree-ripened and have more red and less green coloring than what you find in the supermarket.
