Very large and roundish fruit with firm flesh, very crisp, and a juicy, sweet cane-sugar taste. Skin is an attractive golden brown. Storage life is 4 months. Some Olympic pears can weigh over 2 pounds each. They are very dense, heavy, and the crunchiest pear we grow. One of the best-tasting pears and the preferred Korean Asian Pear.
