Some years, we leave a few Atago pears on the trees long after the regular season has ended. These aren’t ordinary pears — they’ve been kissed by frost and blanketed by snow, enduring freezing temperatures down to 23°F. The result is something truly special: Late-Harvest Atago Pears, unmatched in juiciness, sweetness, and complexity. They’re the same extraordinary fruit we reserve for our Asian Pear Ice Wine, but this year, we’re sharing a limited harvest for fresh eating pleasure.

Late-harvest Atago pears must be eaten right away. They will not store well for extended period. We will not hold on to your orders. Weather dependent. Bursting with crisp, juicy sweetness!

Atago-Late Harvest

数量
  • Late-harvest Atago the last week of November/first week December. We leave some on the trees into the winter to freeze to make our Asian Pear Ice Wine.

  • We don't ship late-harvest Atago Asian pear.
