What's New at the Farm
August 6, 2021: The table grapes are going through verasion. Veraison represents the transition from berry growth to berry ripening. We measure brix, or the amount of sugar in the berries at this time, and try to predict when the grapes will be reaady to pick. Each variety of grape has a typical sugar content. We try to reach near peak ripeness before we pick for you.
